How are your baby hair clips made?

All One Lil' Cupcake hair clips are cut and stitched by hand. Due to this handmade design, no 2 clips are exactly alike.

What kind of barrette is used?

A 1.25 inch snap clip is secured between two pieces of felt. The felt not only keeps the barrette in the hair clip, but also in your baby's fine hair.

Do you make barrettes for kids older than toddlers?

I would suggest our original clips for kids up to 6 years old. If you have an older girl, select clips can be made into a "Big Girl" hair clip. Just e-mail me with inquiries. The design will be slightly bigger and use the bigger version of the snap clip! Gifts sets are not available as "Big Girl" hair clips.

What is your return policy?

We are confident you will be happy with your order. However, if you decide the size, color or anything else is just not what you expected, we will refund your order after receiving the unworn hair clip(s) in the mail. Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns that have been worn. Just e-mail me with any questions or concerns!

Do you take special orders?

I am happy to take special orders for custom color combinations. Just e-mail me!

Do you sell your baby hair clips wholesale?

I personally make each hair clip, so unfortunately I cannot take wholesale orders at this time.

Do I need a PayPal account to order?

No. Although we use PayPal for our shopping cart and payment processing, you do not need a paypal account to order. Simply select "Check out with Paypal" from your shopping cart. Then select "Don't have a PayPal account? Use your credit card or bank account" from the following screen.

How quickly are orders shipped?

Orders are generally shipped out the next day. Weekend orders are shipped on Monday morning. Custom orders may take an additional couple days, depending on the size of the order. Orders paid for by PayPal eCheck are shipped once the eCheck has cleared, which takes about 3-4 days.

How much does it cost to ship your baby hair clips?

USA: If you order 1 - 4 barrettes, shipping costs just $1.50. If you order 5 or more barrettes, shipping costs $2.50. All orders are shipped via First Class USPS. You may also option US Priority Mail for an additional cost.

Canada: Shipping costs just $2.50 USD. All orders are shipped via First Class USPS.

United Kingdom: Shipping costs just $2.50 USD. All orders are shipped via First Class USPS.

Australia: Shipping costs just $2.50 USD. All orders are shipped via First Class USPS.

All Other Countries: Shipping costs just $5.00 USD. All orders are shipped via First Class USPS.

What about sales tax?

Those of you lucky enough to live in Florida pay 7% sales tax.

Do you ship internationally?

In addition to the United States, we ship to Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia.

I will ship to countries other than those listed above, however your package may take 3+ weeks to arrive. I do not assume responsibility for those packages after they leave the United States. Please e-mail me for information regarding additional locations.
